Not really, at the very very bottom of the workshop there's the Mods checkbox, which has a small handfull of obscure mods, and mod maker tools for those who are inclined to make their own mods but actual full mods are very few. Personally I would like to see one that adds a slider or value box during map generation for:
Minimum time interval between NPC events (f***ing pirates attacking every 3 minutes)
and
Number of claimable asteroids in systems that spawn them.
