Since I noticed it was hard and convoluted to learn and help with modding from just the steam forum and workshop QaA thread and the other main discord channels...
I just made a new discord dedicated to modding steel division, the goal is to share ideas and hints, and help to resolve major difficulties we have, and be more at ease with modding in general. Right now there is no tutoriel for modding some figured it out others not, this discord is there to resolve that and to be a place to exchange and disccus modding, it's quite barebone at the moment and there is hardly anyone, but I plan on adding resources for people to browse and invite experience modders to have at least a little activity every now and then, I hope it will be successful and help you figure out Eugen baguette code, as well as being an opportunity to help each other in our overall modding project and meet other passioned people, you are welcome to join if you want.

It won't be like any other private or official discord, you will be granted modder tag and you will be able to create and edit channel, pin messages as will, I believe everyone wanting to modifiy the game should have the same free rights and roles, and there is no distinction between each other except naturaly some are more experienced with coding and already published projects for this game or steel division normandy 44, those people with special status are invited to share their knowledge and help the new modders if possible.

That aside I welcome you all and sincerely hope cooperation will occur, and great project will rise.
