What you can do is when you enconter a bug with a chunk and you now who created the chunk is to inform the creator of the chunk pack.
Another thing is possible but is really really long to do, you need to : extract all chunks from all your chunk packs and put them into another one that you created, that way you can modifiate (or delete) yourself the problematic chunks (generally chunks that cause issues are the one that have walls on the very side on the chunk creator). I did it and It's a good thing to do in a long term view but it takes hours (unless you just remove bug chunks).
