what is battleye?

i cant join server they say i have to install battleye?

It is an anticheat. It is usually installed along with the game and launched automatically on system startup as service.

i had over 2000 hrs they started using battleeye and i cant play cuz i have windows in test signing mod for my internet drivers to work so i can only play on my ♥♥♥♥ laptop nowdays
