Report a translation problem
I don't know why it is this. Because usually you can find something even it's not in the map. But those soldier templates are not pre-load so you have to go to the certain map to load them in order to search via Cheat Engine.
I will try to spwan the hidden dweller again by spawning him first. See if I have luck.

I tried spawning them in the shelter, and while the game recognize them (didn't crash on selection screen), they don't have names/portraits anymore and the scenario ends instantly.
Same thing with the scenario editor characters, i don't think we can make them work either (Characters/Editor_characters/Dweller_Custom_XXX). That's a bit unfortunate, would've been a good way to add new characters.
Well at least the dlc characters work fine so there's that.

I use CE to scan all lines start with "Character/", like "Character/A" nope..."Character/C" Ahah find some. So "Character/Ca, "Character/Ce, "Character/Ch...
I think it's in one of those lines.

I have been suspecting it when I passed through "Character/Dw"
Once I click the scelect scenario and the game didn't crush I knew I at least input some valid template.

I've tried to see what archetype he is (Survivalist, Homie, etc..) but it doesn't seem to react to anything in his bio and yet is still pretty affected by killing people. So yeah dunno what he is yet. I'll look it up tomorrow when I have time.
I did found his portrait, kinda obvious but it's the male silhouette in characters_02.dds, and his name like I said is "TESTCHARACTER" in the localization files. Zooming on his face (modded), I don't think his real portrait is in the files, even the unused portraits don't look anything like him.
Now I wonder if the female silhouette isn't another test character. New challenge

I found his localization file by your help. His name sounds like a Russian name to me.

As for the name, that's interesting. We should give him a new name. I'm not familiar with Polish either. I think you can do it better than me on this part.
