Request - Shacks, Shanty Towns, Cheap Houses, Wrecked Houses, Dockyard Houses. Blue Prints

I am trying to put together a shanty town, poor district, near the docks. There are a few BP's of the docks and such. However very few shack BP's, small poor houses, or a cluster of small shacks. There are plenty of medium or large ones however.

Has anyone got anything like this on their build they'd be willing to share as a BP? I am poor at making houses myself. Looking for cheap houses, shacks and shanty towns.

The other thing I am looking for, which I am more capable of making myself is wrecked houses :D, fire damaged houses, that sort of thing. I can do these myself as making a wreck is easier than making small authentic looking house(s) for me.

As some incentive. If you don't have this but are interested in designing some for your own use - to then share as a bp. I will go to your world and produce whatever premium blocks you wish if you provide the mats.

I have a first day home ( survival structure made from easily attainable materials for any new player within the frist daylight cycle you experience within the game ) and a tiny house ( easily adapted to any block type ) and a small shack or 2 . all on the wrokshop as well as some others of varying degrees of usefulness :P

Edit: By no means am I as prolific as Spicy though :) I would recomend taking a look thruogh his workshop page, there are TONS of great builds in there :)
