Workshop Mods won't show up on game

I tried to delete my save files and it appears that mods from the workshop aren't showing up on SW4. Help please

My mods aren't working ingame now as well. They were working before and now they aren't.

BeautiDuwanger has Saints Row IV

Install the manually in the "mods" folder and see if they work
