Custom made airline importing issue HELP

So today i started creating custom airlines. I made 2, when i finished the first one i imported it into my savegame, no problem there. But the second one doesnt work, i even created a whole new airline with the same custom airplane but it still doesnt work. There is also no confirmation of a finished import in the savegame itself. The only weird thing is that i find my the airline on the timetable for the flights, but it says that the airline is locked because there is not enough passanger interest, altough it is set very low in the airline settings itself.

There could be other demands from this airline, like boss required or maybe the runway isn't big enough if you have used big airplanes only. Sometimes I have noticed when loading a save you need to press play/unpause a min to allow the game to catch up and reset the info. The steam workshop from game isn't the best atm and it has been bugging me. I also have afew mods to upload but don't see the point atm when steam isn't working well. Anyway don't give up keep trying and the airline should work if not upload it and let another modder take a look for you
