Slow game/simulation speed down

i'd like a mod that makes the game move at slower simulation speeds, so that while practing agenst the computer, i have time to visually build up plans and think about my options.

You can adjust the time speed offline using Ctrl + KeyPad Minus/Plus

cool! i'll give it a try. i was thinking it would be a mod option but when i didn't see it i assumed it wasn't around.

ya that did the trick, i'm able to study things in alot more detail now and observe what's going on. is there a guide on weight and base design around weight?
