Nope. Because this isn't allowed for the game yet. They did not allow "Full workshop" access. Only backgrounds for the in-game computers and that's all. You can not create anything else for PCBS at the moment.

I think that dev should give the possibility to do some mods of the game for add components .

I'm betting not having mods is tied to licensing. IE manufacturers wouldn't want their RL accurate equipment in the same pool as modder's throwing in, say, a GTX 1660 SUPER with 16gvram, for 80$ in game. but I'm with you, I have and love my old Phantom 410 case and wish it was something in the game.

tl:dr Betting licensing would get pulled if they thought their equipment was being unfairly compared

Yep that's exactly the problem. Posting or discussing mods for steam games that do not support modding is usually a "big no no" on the steam forums. I have seen other people get banned from steam just for discussing that in the past. There's forums over on The Nexus. They don't care over there.
