Okay I have tried every thing, I am currently using a Radeon Vega 64 OC with the 2nd Gen 2700, and 16g of ram, every thing works great, but this is the only game where every thing just lacks in performance, even though the other games I have played have higher resolutions, and I basically tried to nail down what was hurting my performance, besides the last gen hardware, after running each individual object on it's own, crashing the game, testing individual assets, I have finally found that it was the area, the very ground it self, the map doesn't load completely but it does load more then most games out there, changing this can ruin the game, but changing the resolution of the ground or messing with the texture can give good results.
Now for the gist, I am not very good at programming I just started learning, so can any one, please help, this is not an easy job either, because this is a major mod that will re-texture not just the ground your on, or the area your in, but the whole world's ground, so... has any one made such a mod? or Do you have a way to load segments of the map with out crashing the game?
I would love to finally be able to play the game, and no, lowering the resolution doesn't fully work, as my eyes aren't so good, and it sucks to play and get a headache every time I play, or try to. If any one could help, you're not just helping one person, but a lot of people whom may not have the money or hardware to play this game, and thank you.
