Blue-Yellow is a missing texture thing. Somehow your game can't properly load the gradient, or you made a mistake somewhere. Would need more information on that. Can you send a screenshot of your base_gradient folder and your item.xml?

This[i.imgur.com]file in the skin's main folder
item.xml is where all the information about your skin is saved, file paths, weapon ids etc.

Okay so after I clicked to item.xml its opens the google and there is somethings like that:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
-<ugcitem> -<node name="data"> <param value="new_m4" key="weapon_id"/> </node> <param value="New Skin 1" key="name"/> <param value="weapon_skin" key="type"/> <param value="2018328105800" key="timestamp"/> </ugcitem>
open it in notepad so it looks like this[i.imgur.com].
Can you also send a screenshot of your base gradient, opened in whatever editing software you use?

https://prnt.sc/lme1re and thats item.xml thing
Your base gradient does not look like how it's suppossed to look. Usually they look somewhat like this[i.imgur.com]. They should also always be 256x256 pixel.

Your main.xml is incomplete, you didn't save your skin before sending it. Can't see if anything's wrong in there like this.

Try making a proper base gradient first, maybe that helps.
