When you activate a mod in the ingame mod menu the modded sound effects do not work - custom gunshots for example.

To resolve this you need to restart the game.

I've also noticed that each time the mod is updated and the workshop downloads a new version the mod is disabled in the ingame mod menu; having to enable and restart the game each time is annoying.
