Ok so i've run into a problem, i tried droping the file i downloaded in to my map folder and then tried to play it and i couldn't find it, so i looked at the file type and it said that it was a uz2 file, so i need to convert it to a rom file. Haven't been able to find a convert yet, but i'll keep looking tho, however if anyone has found a coverter pls let me know

There are numerous similiar websites and Google Chrome addons that allow you to download files from the Steam Workshop.
Just google something like "Steam Workshop Downloader".

Holy cow, that's one giant pile of KF stuff... :csgo_headshot:
Bad thing is, it's all messed up in one big giant pile of randomness, and it's near impossible to find something whole in there.
For example, a lot of custom models and maps use custom textures, sounds, animations etc, and you can hardly tell which texture or other file belongs to which map, player model or weapon. And it won't work properly without it.

The only real reason i use the site is to download maps, just by selecting the Maps/ at the top of the page. Then u get just map files and u don't have to look throught other non-releated files.

Well, some maps use custom content files like textures or sounds too.

I'm sure they've included all the files for those custom maps then, just gotta find em unless they too have been sorted
