How to make my own Map Srcipts
I'm unable to find any info on how to do this.
Are there any tutorials for writing map scripts?

Have a look at the Civ 5 modding section on civfanatics.com.

Beyond Earth Maps work somewhat differently, but there is no modding community for it, and Civ V is a good starting point.

Be aware that writing good Map scripts is relatively advanced stuff.
