Possibly, if they are just department mods, you'll probably need to resubscribe to the mod and remove any traces of it in the game (fire the department staff, unzone any of its rooms, delete any items (like decals) that may have been placed). The second part can be a bit more tricky, you need to ensure no patients have diagnosis or symptoms from these mods. The easiest way to do this would be to close all departments (from management screen) and have all patients go home (you might need to close all departments not just the modded one in case emergency room patients have modded diagnosis). Once all patients are gone, save your game and then you should be safe to unsubscribe from the mod and 'check save' when loading the existing save.

i did wait until clinic closed and patients went home already but it didnt work, but i didnt close departments or anything so i'll try that :)

Hi @~kt, did you have any luck? I've been pretty strict with my mod in ensuring it never edits stock files (which might be the issue but removing all patients by closing the entire hospital should correct the possible conflicts, you would have to wait until the next day before saving though) so I am curious if you can go back. I absolutely want player to be able to remove my mod if they no longer wish to use it.
If you'd like, please feel free to send your save game to me by uploading it to google drive (please note your mod list that you used during it) and I'll see if I can't revert it back for you (you'll need to note any mods you wish to be removed).

oh it wasnt your mod dw, my dad died of cancer so its too sore subject for me to install

it was sexual health, only sexual health doctors could treat but decided i didnt want it after, was too yucky but i was still getting their patients

i just unsubbed and started a new game because i didnt leave enough room for enough trauma centers anyway -_- so problem solved anyway lol :D
