Dear Modders,

I admit I am a big fan of Santa Fe Industries, especially from the 1980s and 1990s with the return of the Warbonnet Design and long TOFC and JB Hunt Stack. However, one of my favorite locomotives of the Santa Fe comes from the 1960s: the FP45. The FP45 was one of the many successors to the F Units of the 1950s. I believe it and it's freight counterpart -the F45- would be a great addition to the game because they were a long lasting unit in the industry that was used on multiple railroads through out the country. They saw service with Santa Fe and BNSF into the mid-1990s until their retirement. Today many FP45s have been preserved in multiple museums around the country, with some still/returned to operating condition (OERM and IRM as far as I know). As someone who enjoys and regularly uses the vast majority of mods that you guys put out there, I'd really appreciate it if someone were to follow through on this idea.

I'm just a guy who uses the mods and has no experience in making them. Unlike many who just request locomotives, I am interested in learning for myself. If you would like to be a mentor and if you would teach me how and assist me along the way I am totally down. Thanks for taking the time to hear me out and hopefully we can see this unit in game in the future.
