if there one to play young version on the last chapter i would love aswell,the old are aren't working

There's the Nexus mods to play as older Noct and various versions of older Ignis but they may not be exactly as you prefer (Ignis one is likely has the most options to pick from).

Other than that, most Cheat Engine folk have moved to other games. You could try to learn how to use Cheat Engine and figure out how to make a table yourself. I may do that on my own somewhat once Square has finishing updating XV forever (Ardyn DLC I guess) so the table's won't become invalid.
