Title Screen Mods Dont work?

When ever I subscribe to a new title screen changer, nothing changes, it just shows haydee rotating, and walking in water, any idea why this would happen?

I know a couple for me just dont work but most of them will. You can only have one subscribe to at a time. Should work as long as you don't have a custom local file as well
