Mod update AoE HD 2013

Hi everybody :)

I have a query, I created a mod on AoE HD 2013 in 2018 and I just updated it.
"It's a scenario"
I wanted to do the test with a friend who was subscribed to my script before the update.
Following the update of my mod, my friend did not have a download to update my scenario.
When he tested my mod, he was still on the old version. He has unsubscribed then re-registered and it works, he got the new version.

Is there a delay before the automatic update of the mods is done for people subscribed to the mods of the Workshop?

Normally when leaving and reentering Steam, the updates should automatically download for every user, including the author if he's/she's subscribed to his/her mod.
