Once you learn linen and wool clothing that's it. It would be nice to have a 3rd, better rank in clothing. For warmth they could have a flannel layered outfit that'd use leather, cotton and wool to create and keep the warmest of all. Might look like a flannel shirt with leather pants and jacket. Could also have silk outfits for keeping cool when it's warm out.
