How to edit dat file
Hi, I'm trying to add some new stuff to the game, but whenever I try to load the dat file into the Advanced Genie Editor I get an error. Can anyone tell me how to fix that? I am trying to edit an IA dat file. I think it may be because of the differences between AOE2 and SWGB, because I've been editing the SWGB genie file with no problem.
