Can ANYONE help me, PLEASE??
I can only subscribe to mods, but how do I download them to install them? The mod manager is useless when I can't download anything. WTH?

All you should have to do is subscribe to them. When you start the game up, they will install. In fact the mod manager will ask you if you want the new mods installed. You click yes and they will install. It does take a long time for them to install and to load the game. It can take my game up to 10 minutes if a large mod has had an update. And I have a good computer.
