Colonial Charter, as well as the latest version of MegaMod (CC+ RedKetchup's + Discrepancy's + Kid's + many other mods) can be found on blackliquidsoftware.com (BlackLiquid being CC's modding team), as well as some companion mods that will all run fine with CC.

RedKetchup's mods and a lot of other mods that run fine with RK's stuff (and by extension with CC) can be found at WorldofBanished.com (RK's site). Many treasures there too. You'll find some things posted on both sites.

The North is on TomSawyer's site at banishedventures.com. That one is a also a complete rework, BUT it doesn't use the same category/flags as CC or RK's things, so you should use it on its own. I think DS's theme sets and standalone buildings (found on WorldofBanished) work fine with The North but I could be wrong.
