Why no western?

I noticed that a lot of people doesn't make textures, maps and music pacs about western which is a shame. Imagine, you could make levels like the last scene from The Good the Bad and the Ugly and yes it is hard to make characters, just look at mine and think about trying making your own western.

Am making a wild west map but sadly no outlaw skins just some skinheads with 1899 look

there was a screenshot posted at some point, the next main scenario looks like it might be a western level
