Mod Request: Dwarf Race

Please can someone create a mod to allow a playable dwarf race. With development ending, 2 of the aspects that peaked my interest went with it. Dwarfs and the dimensions. Can someone please make my dwarf dream come true?

Once the developers call it quits, I'm planning on making a few mods to help the game. But this is something I expected the developers to do years...YEARS ago. Saying we made that goal on kickstarter... First they really need to work on the pathing, building, and just more content in general.

But I truely love this game and the idea of it. I just want it to be what we all expected it to be :(

They have called it quits? They already said only future patching would be bug fixing and optimization.
