I have an idea for a mod and have downloaded the devkit but i am gonna reach out and see if anyone is willing to help. I am looking into the idea of a rum runner and would like to use a schooner but have the planks be the whole stack of two per plank. is it possible to make the boat accept instead of the 28 planks for a schooner it only be 14 where the top and bottom row is placed as one. if so then i i might be able to make the large storage chest inside the planks for my idea of adding a boyancy variable when you add thatch to thees compartments and use the real life rum runner idea where they stuffed the hulls full of straw and wood to hide rum and within secret storage compartments. the idea is to make a resource runner where the boat will be modded to allow for more weight but reduced handling under load. i have coding experiance but never modded so if anyone is interested in taking on this project with me and helping, i would welcome the help. please reach out to me and we can discuss the idea further
