problems with Atlas working with mods

we are useing thise:

Editable Server UI
Custom Item Stacks
Death Recovery Mod For Rekker
Dirty Extended Mags
Bookshelf - store yer goods
does any of you experiencing any probs with any of those mods '?

Death Recovery Mod For Rekker & Bookshelf - store yer goods caused me issues so removed them, Not saying its the Mods cos you can re arrange them & they work but ive defo had issues with those....
