Swarm Missiles and Rail Guns

Hola. I've been playing ES2 for awhile now. I just saw that there were new weapon mod options in the swram missiles and railguns that I had no idea about. I have downloaded and played Vaulters, Supremacy, and Penumbra. Those weapons never pop up on the tech tree as options. What am I missing and/or how do I fix this issue

Maybe some of the content was disabled in your steam.
i do not remember if they came with target lock update or not, but that might be the reason.
Check steams downloadable content if you missed any free add-ons or dlcs. Also visit g2g site for some pretty neat rewards!
