Enable clicking on items on the ground, telling workers to pick them up.

I hate that the workers will put down items everywhere, and they never get picked up. Making this a mod would be a god send.

I fully agree. I suggested this in my Mods Suggestion thread. Either click to collect (like harvesting trees etc) or a selection toggle like weapons preferences on soldiers, you could set a type of item to pick up per hearthling (wood, stone, food etc)
