Try looking for a copy of the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" - that's where MSVCP120.DLL comes from. Sometimes it's included in the installation of a program, sometimes not (Microsoft generally allows and recommends it, but sometimes other issues or licensing concerns prevent it). Since you recently did an OS restore, they may have gone missing or are being seen as corrupt. The packages are available directly through the Microsoft Download website.

You'll most likely need at least the 2010, 2012, and 2013 versions (both x86 and x64 copies, since 32-bit and 64-bit software will call their respective type specifically), though I recommend just getting all of them. They're small and only get loaded and used by programs that actually need them, so it's just a good idea to get them all done right off. If they show up in (Windows 10) "Settings > Apps > Apps & features" or (Windows 7) "Control Panel > Programs and Features" as already being installed then uninstall and reinstall from the downloaded packages (as them not loading despite being installed usually means they're corrupt).
