Thug throws a piece of ballast rock from the track.
Into the open window of a Freight Train driver doing approx 65 kph.
Hitting the driver in the skull, it didn't look pretty, either.

Oh how brave the thug was, Not. Sadly or laws here at the moment will mean the thug only gets a slap on the wrist. (a lettuce one at that. Since the justice mob will see to that. I feel for the Police too, in that. They catch them, only to get it all overturned in the thugs favour.)
