Mod Request - Please Read

Is there anyone here who knows how to make mods, relatively in depth, and is willing to work with me in order to make a character mod. I cant figure out how to mod myself, as I dont know my way around Java. I have a perfect indepth character i'd like to make but i just cant do it myself, so need someone who is willing to work with me to make this possible.

As there are more people who have ideas for mods then those who can and want to implement them you are unlikely to get a favorable response unless the people you want to work with like the idea or you provide additional incentives.
