same time the license plate is not in the right posision you can fix it in editor or in the config file

Well, you CAN paint rims. There was an update before this. Paint the rims before attaching it with the tires.

Okay, that sounds great about the wheels. But how do you paint them. I can't take the tires off in the booth, and I can't take the tires off and enter the booth. LOL So am I just doing something wrong? Also about the license plate, I fiddled around with it for almost an hour, but no luck. It doesn't even show up as being there when you highlight it. So I don't know... But thanks to both of you for your help. Eric

Take off the wheels on the car. Separate them from the tire changer and paint the rims like you paint body parts. Repeat for each rim, then you need to attach the tires back and rebalance to put them back on the car.

Hey Bae Irene, thanks for the info, but I finally saw what I had done wrong. I won't say I'm stupid, LOL, just a little ignorant sometimes. LOL And this truly opens the game up dramatically, at least for me. Now if I can just figure out how to get rid of this bloody El Camino I'll be doing great!

I think you'll find the license plate has been positioned to far inside the bumper. Sometimes you can find a spot that gives you the outline to click on it but if that's not working go into the editor and move the plate yourself and save the file so you can get to it in game.

In your library list of games right click on CMS for a drop down expanded list. 2nd down is the game editor. Wait for it to launch then in the list of cars find the El Camino you want to work on. Across the top will be a number of tabs. Go to Exterior and you will see a group of little windows with numbers. These change the position of whatever part your working on. Up, down, left, right and so forth. You can play around with these to learn what they do but the one you want is top right of the rear plate. Adjust in small amounts until you get it where you want. Save the changes when your happy and press ALT and F4 at the same time to exit the editor.

Well johntau23, I tried but I'm not having any luck. I got to the list of cars, picked the El Camino, saw the 4 choices for the car, so I picked the drag car version of it. That's when it blinked, then sent me back to here. So I don't know what happened. Any thoughts? Thanks , Eric
