How to UPLOAD my mod?

Hi, I'm making a new mod, but I cannot find any button that uploads the jar file of my mod. Does anyone know it?

(I've already finished to fill out all required documents including tax, account, etc)

Self answer :
I finally found the README.md file in the game's Content/Resources/ directory. It was so frustrating that there is no guide about the way to upload the mod in this workshop page or BaseMod wiki, so that modders should figure out the way by themselves... :(((((
