my subscribed mods show up in my windows 10 workshop content folder but don't show up in game and when i drag and drop them into the cars folder they show up but mess with my game like causing problems with "missing" parts that are DLC and when i buy parts they don't go into my inventory but the money gets deducted I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 5 or 6 times just cant figure it out

Why are you moving them just click sub button and automatically puts them in right location no real need to manually install them anymore

ok i also realized i just had to run the game in exclusive full screen thats all did it on a fresh install im all good thx though

I have the same problem. But launching in exclusive fullscreen mod didn't worked.

I had several mods and they were all working fine, and then I changed of PC and reinstalled it all... But no matter what, the game launches like if i subscribed no mods at all. I tried unsubscribe and resubscribe but it doesn't change anything... It also destroyed half of my save and lost the modded cars i got.

I checked on the workshop folder of steam and the mods are there. They're just ignored by the game.
