The Handmaiden/The Disciple

Just wondering, how hard would it be code wise to either include both companions in a playthrough, or be able to choose one over the other regardless of gender?

There are mods to switch which gender gets which (look in the workshop). I don’t think there’s a way to get both.

I may have skipped over it accidentally then. I just prefer the Handmaiden over the Disciple a *lot*, but I hate missing out on any companion to begin with

So, I Remember Playing The Xbox Version As A Female, And You Could Get The Handmaiden If You Made The Right Dialog Choices, But I Do Not Understand Why They Gender Locked It Out In The PC Version.

You must misremember, or you had a glitch.
