TOP 10 Assets Overlooked and Still Needed in C:S - Volume 1 - (July 2017)
Here is an official list of missing assets that are needed badly in the game. Feel free to discuss in the comment section if you agree/disagree. This is not a wishlist since these mods have been requested before and no modders are up to the task. Ok this months nominees are:

10. Frieght Yard Buildings
9. Correct height grass foilage (trees category) Existing ones are so tall they tower people!
8. 1X1 cell grass square (prop category)
7. Procedural Overpass/Underpass walls
6. Manufacturing low-rise (flat top one story/two story large footprint) SC4 had ton of these!
5. Beer distributors
4. Turn Left/Right/Straight signs , but without the poles. To hang on gantries.
3. Modern Suburban Watertower
2. Bedroom community commercial (Dental ,Health, Sports Bars, Spas, Salons, eateries) These building typically have shingled roofs like housing does. Also think suburbia here.

1. LOW-RISE hotels! Were talking Spring Hill Suites by Marriot , Microtel, La Quinta, Motel 6, Fairfield Inn, Radisson. All have pointed roofs/shingles like houses and never more than 6 floors high! Another missing suburban asset I feel should have been flourishing in the game. SC4 had tons of these!

UPDATE! 8-1-17

Looks like #9 and number 7 were checked off recently. There are developers reading this and delivering and I really thank you so much for supporting this game. This is what what make C:S live for 100's of years! :D

I recommend adding a fix for Roads United: Core+ because Unlawful Enemy Combattant doesn't seem to be active anymore and all the developers of the dependant mods (North America, US, UK, Europe, & Germany) are ready to move on. If any modder is willing to take the task, that would be 𝖆𝖜𝖊𝖘𝖔𝖒𝖊 :chirp:

@Studio 800 Gaming hey that sounds great!! Thanks for FR as well. If you need any help/guidelines give me a holla. Im not a stranger in making these as i've done about 10 hotels for CXL. My modding days have got died though due to real life :(

I am personally surprised by the lack of monorail station options. Elevated tram stops/stations (props I guess) would also be great!

The relevant rail line is between other train tracks, or in the middle of a highway. The entrance to the station is "12 meters" above the track, and connects to a road that spans the highway.

There is 1 station that does this with a pedestrian connection, and I believe 2 stations that do it with a road connection BUT that asset crashes your game if you use MoveIt on it. Also, the stations are too wide for my personal taste.. really we're just trying to get a functional platform or two in the middle of a highway, that connect to the road above.
