Right? I really have wondered why this was not done yet. It would go a long way to give the maps more unique looks. And other than the limited rocks, there are not natural barriers to aid in making a defendable castle or obsticals. Like making a city in a revien or having to wrap around cliffs or maybe mountains?
Well, maybe this will be another amusing situation where a Dev will say "It can't be done" and a moder says "Hold my bear". I remember that happening when Keen said it was impossible to add water to Medieval Engineers lol
Good luck mate. Fingers crossed it works out.
A guy can dream xP
Would be an interesting possibility, but I am not sure how they would get that to work. Based on how the game functions now, the ore rock would have still be seperate from the Mountain, or you would be mining the whole mountain.
Alternativly, they could make the mountains the ore rocks and just have the placement randomized to what you can get with most mountains being either stone or nothing. Keep the mine limit to two per Mountain too. You would still need a means to tell the difference between what has what though. But that might be more complicated than the devs are willing to go.
