Total Noob Question: Adding an item from collection into game
I'm a big admirer of some of the skins people have made on the workshop, like the Ceratosaurus and Majunga skins for Carnotaurus. My question is how exactly do I add these to my game so I can see them? I know other players can't but I'm a bit lost here.

you cannot. only developers can add an item to the game, only official releases exist. you can however download maps.
