how do you get the world builder (for Coh new steam version)
I can't find it. is it on steam?

There isn't one.....ya have to use the one in the orginal game files found on the CD of THQ,,but good luck getting it to work with out being confounded by the Debug page causing hangs.

no you dont. Just install "Company of Heroes" on steam, i.e. not "Company of Heores (New Steam Version)" and use that world builder
