Don't use mods on paradox platform if you can help it (in-game mod browser), use steam to subscribe and enable in mod manager.

I unsubscribed all my mods except for the two steam mods then I subscribed to Choggi and Silvas mods. Now on a new game the game loading gets as far as changing the music right before the map displays. The map never comes up. The blue and white hexigon simply freezes. The music keeps playing but the game is seems to be frozen.

Why do you have my print msgs mod installed?

Just start disabling mods till you find the mod/combination of mods I guess :)

Edit: updated a couple mods, but those lua errors look to be from saved games being loaded?

Fresh install. No saved games yet. I will try in a few hours..

I just brought up your collections and pressed the subscribe to all button. I figured that would be easier than clicking on each one individualy. I will now try disabling a few and see when it starts working. Since it appears to get stuck setting up the intiual map then I will start with mods that modify the map altho I know several of yours work already but it might be some combination that you never tested. There are some many varations on computer componets and drivers out there that sometimes space travel is easier than modding and space travel is the most difficult travel system the human race ever tackled. Interplanetary travel is proving to be incredably difficult. NASA tried to invent a new long term fuel storage system and the test failed after about two weeks and the fuel boiled away. Elon says it's going to be a while to get to mars.

Well I spent several hours trying to figure it out with no success, so I will play something else that actualy works. To bad SM dosn't have that mod that CS has, then figuring out what broke would be way eaiser. CS acually created a mod tool that helps you figure out which mods don't work together so you can get back to your game a lot quicker!
