Is there a mod or a config line i can ad to make every shot or action that everyone makes cut scene like? I don't like that shots from far away zoom out at map height to show if a hit landed. I want to try to make the camera more third person for every shot taken or movement or action done minus the civvies i suppose. Anything to help make it more like that X-com 2 enhanced action camera? maybe even better or with options?
