Modding Help
Hey! I come from Stellaris and was ready to start modding buuuuut... I can't even find the right archive. I was trying to brake all factions and their signature affinity (for instance, make "Omniscience" give a 100% instead of a +50%, give the imperials +2inf per pop instead of +1) but I was unable to find the archive in which this modifiers are. Someone mind giving a hand?

The modifiers are SimulationDescriptors, so in Public/Simulation - it's xml files only, so no archive to open.

thanks a bunch. Yeah, i meant "files" but the word vanished from my brain so used "archive" instead
