PSA: Repairing Planetfall Mods After Moving Game
I found that after moving Planetside to an SSD (using Steam), mods would fail to load. This occurs because

%homepath%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\content_load.json

failed to update the location of the mod files to the SSD's copy of the Steam mods folder. To be safe, I renamed each of the 3 .json files in %homepath%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall, then re-ran Planetside. The launcher loaded up with mods set to disabled. Once I re-enabled them, the launcher had no problem re-populating the .json files with the proper location of the mods.
