Health and Well Being Grant
So I am trying to complete the Health and Well Being Grant. I have done the research for docs and psychologists. I built the psychologists his office and it completed. However, the game wont recognize I hired him. I cant get the reports and it wont complete the grant. What am I doing wrong?

That's weird, it's most likely a game bug.

Did you double check to make sure you have a psychologist in a regular office, and not a psychiatrist in a psychiatrist's office?
