Trouble with Liverries

I am not sure if I am doing it wrong, but when I get the liveries I try to add them the the vehicles they will work for. I only move the files in the Livery folder of the MOD to the livery folder of the vehicle, I do not move anything else. Am I suppose to move the the entire content of the MOD folder to the vehicle folder? Or is it not working as I had the vehicle before I added the Livery MOD? I am just trying to figure out why it isn't working.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Just found out that the liveries in all the MODs, the ones that came with the mods as well as the stand alones, do not work! this is a MODs only issue at this point.
