Also, just curious, what made you think T3 is a girl? Droids don't have biological sex ofc but most droids in Star Wars are assigned a gender (I guess bc the humanoids find it weird not to). But I don't recall T3 ever being called a she (or a he)

But I call T3-M4 a she because the alphabetical letters for 3 and 4 are E and A.
So the droids name is TE-MA (Tea-Mah).
Side Note: The Reason Why It's Called Rule 34 Is Because 3 (E) Stands for Everything, And 4 (A) Stands For Anything.
