Mods Missing After Downloaded

I have SUBSCRIBE to 681 mods and in my mods folder are 446 MODS. Were are the rest of them. I've looked all over my computer for missing mods, Is there a folder i'm missing. Is any one have this problem as well. Need help please?!

It might be that Steam is overwhelmed by the number of mods.

Mod Drop from the Torchlight Fansite might be a useful tool to merge some of these mods together.
