Because remembering what each character has can be hard sometimes. In essence a rundown of the character: Their stats+modifiers like you see in the armory, a list of abilities with descriptions or hover over boxes to keep things less cluttered, scars and their effect, gun stats, weapon mods and their effects, armor, armor mod and their effects, breach item and their effect, and utility items and their effects.

Preferably a pop in after hovering over the character in the dropdown menu during breach planning.
